Not only did it not come for Christmas, but she just received it Jan. 25th! It took 2 weeks to arrive. I paid 25 dollars in shipping. Customer service was pretty nice - they send me couple of mails whether i have received my shawl or not. I would strongly advise you to purchase this product here.
